Returns & exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
I purchased a print. How do I access it?
After your purchase you will immediately receive a link to download your file. From there, you can download the files and print from home, at a print shop, or use an online print service.
What paper should I print on?
The paper you choose depends entirely on your desired look. Some like a glossy photo paper while others prefer a paper with less sheen. I typically like a thicker sight sheen or matte cardstock.

For shipping rates, we do not follow "express shipping" or "2-day shipping", etc. Those options are shown because they are the most similar in pricing when it comes to our shipping costs so please be aware that it takes longer than this to receive your order.
If your item is damaged, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a replacement for the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
